What this website collects

Almost nothing. This site is made of static files. It has no forms, no advertising, and no tracking pixels, and it sets no cookies of any kind, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing to opt out of. You are not identified or followed across sites.

The one exception is a page-view counter, described below.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard server request data to deliver pages and protect against abuse. Cloudflare also runs a cookieless page-view counter on this site, which records that a page was loaded along with general details such as browser type and approximate region. It does not use cookies, does not store an identifier on your device, and cannot follow you to other websites. Cloudflare's handling of that data is covered by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

The page also loads two typefaces, Archivo and Inter, from Google Fonts. To serve them, Google receives your IP address and browser details, as it does for any file requested from a server. Google's handling of that request is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Nothing else on this page is loaded from anyone else.

If you email me

Email sent to kelly@bewebsycreate.com arrives in a Google Workspace mailbox. I keep what you send so I can reply and, if we end up working together, so I have a record of the conversation. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone, and I do not add you to a marketing list because you emailed me.

If I emailed you first

I send a small number of individual introduction emails to therapy practices, using business contact details published on practice websites and public professional directories. These are written and sent one at a time, not by a bulk mailing platform.

If you would rather not hear from me, reply and say so, or email kelly@bewebsycreate.com. I will stop, and I will keep the minimum record needed to make sure I do not contact you again. No reason is required and you do not need to explain.

Your rights

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email kelly@bewebsycreate.com and I will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners. It is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
